Small enough to care –
BIG ENOUGH TO BUILD DREAMS
Virtual Field Trips
Our 1st/2nd graders took virtual field trips using our new classroom set of VR goggles. This was a grant that we received from the Oceana Community Foundation.
Mrs. Cygeirt, our Kindergarten teacher, has been making quilts with the students for about 20 years. The children draw their faces along with writing their names on multiple squares. With the help of volunteers one square of each student is sewn together to make a quilt for every child in the class. Here are pictures of the students and volunteers working on squares.
