She wasn’t a Wildcat grad herself, (going to school in Hart) but she knows our community very well, having grown up living just two miles out of town.
Along with performing her work on “the books” and accounting of the district, Mrs. Oomen enjoys reading her Nook and “other books” as well.
“It’s true,” said Mrs. Oomen. “Walkerville’s small size is an advantage. Everyone has a role to play in helping students succeed and helping our district succeed. Our community built playground is one of the best examples I can think of to show what happens when people come together.
